Don't Expect Anything Original From An Echo.

The class has shown a tremendous amount of originality in their end of the year Art Project. They are working on self portraits, with a very unique style. Unfortunately, the laminating machine is down, so we won't be able to protect them like I'd hoped.
Career Day on Friday was a wonderful experince for all the children. We had guest speakers who were paramedics, hair stylists, vet techs, nurses, stuntmen, a member of an Air Force helicopter rescue team, and a young lady who was a Captain, and pilot, in the Air National Guard. They all stressed the importance of staying in school, and especially how often Math played a role in their careers.
Wednesday, May 18th, is our Field Day. There will be a fire truck on site to spray water. Students may wear bathing suits, but they have to wear shorts and t-shirts over them. Bringing a towel to dry off when you change would also be a great idea!
